Directional Drilling Supervisors/Superintendents

HXR’s Directional Drilling Supervisors have significant experience in drilling unconventional horizontals with both PDM’s and RST’s. Experienced in Short, Medium and Long-Radius curves, OH sidetracking, and whipstocking. Experienced with various directional programs, including Winserve and others. Commonly use agitators and TDS-rocking techniques to slide. Trained in T&D and Hydraulics modeling/analysis. We can provide both Directional Drillers as well as office/field-office-based Directional Drilling Superintendents to help oversee multi-rig pad development drilling.
